Duties of the Technical Recruiter(RPO)
As a growing IT consulting and staffing firm, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates at our client sites
The job of a technical recruiter(RPO) is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the recruiter also reviews, reformats and presents resumes to hiring managers.Offer release, follow up till they join and BGV process.
These are some of the duties and requirements of a technical recruiter.
Must have experience in Permanent staffing.
Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirements
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Research new technologies
Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates
PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
